Thump Thump Bam Bam

I went for lunch at KFC with DavJ and JJ this afternoon, and DJ told me, 'The lady at the counter said she has no breasts.'

Been practicing a lot of stick tricks and hand - foot coordination lately. Like right hand - right foot single and double strokes, right hand left foot - left hand right foot single strokes. (Haha i bet you cant say that really fast) There's pretty much nothing out of it now, they just sound like ugly noises. Thump thump bam bam, and it gets stuck in your head. I hope I start to see the fruits of my 'labour' soon. It's torture, i swear!

Somehow, I just cant relate all this hardwork to studying. - How I can turn a desire into reality, the drive I have to make sure I acheive something i really want. I study for studies' sake and I'm failing my math and sciences. I fear of dropping into Normal stream. If i keep this up, the reality of this hapening is very real. Its not that I do not want good grades and eventually a good paying job, (who doesn't?) thats everybodys goal, isn't it? But it isn't like drums when you know you got to hit the 10,000 hour mark. At least you know how far you have to go.
The bridge gets narrower over this part of the chasm, and i can almost see the rewards over the horizon. Lord, give me the strength to pull through.

I have a thing for rockets and flying away. Magic. Stars and how beautiful they are. Your eyes. They shine brighter. And light.

The greatest tragedy of modern life is that we live our days in quiet desperation.
All our little bottled insecurities are the real issues tormenting us. It is these personal issues, together with our minor everyday problems, that fills a little vaccum in ourselves; a vaccum that determines the goals we set in our lives. How we seperate ourselves from the mainstream fodder.
